The decor will come out good, but they will overcharge, not give you what you pay for, charge you for things that they dont do, insist you pay upfront 2 days before the wedding when you have no chance to back out, then tell you they want extra to coordinate which they promised to do before as part of the service, and afterward make it impossible to contact them, and wont return calls, plus the address they provide is not a real address, so be prepared to get stung.......

I hired LUXE to plan my wedding at the Azul Sensatori, and it was incredible! My wedding was amazing, we had it on the sky deck, and planned a private party afterwards. LUXE took care of everything for me, I honestly didnt need to lift a finger! They seem to know everyone at this hotel, my planner Rebecca and Travel Account Manager Stephanie told me they go down at least once a year. I would definitely recommend LUXE to any destination bride, especially if you are going to Azul Sensatori, it was worth every penny! A special hello to the team at Le Chique restaurant, I loved it!! Thanks everyone!
